The Challenge

Parallel Event Co - The brainchild of twin sisters with a shared passion for transforming events into unforgettable experiences, came to us with a concept that they were developing for a client (TMX Group) in financial services.

In collaboration with the TMX team they were tasked to design and produce their annual summer social for 500 financial district professionals.

With the concept of CAMP TMX as the shared vision, they needed branded gear to match the playful vibe and feel to create a cohesive campy feeling.

The Collaboration

With CAMP TMX, we wanted to choose branded solutions that would tap into youthful nostalgia and evoke fond past memories.

We collectively zeroed in on:

Classic Dad Caps

Camp Style Back Packs

Classic Totes

80's Style Sunglasses

With the vision in alignment we went into production and delivered everything to the event.

The Result

Held at the Toronto Market Centre in the heart of the financial district, the event featured roaming and immersive live entertainment.

Guests enjoyed our package of branded offerings along with interactive food and beverage, all meticulously themed to create an unforgettable evening.

The concept was successfully replicated across TMX Group's North American offices, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for the whole organization, with memorable branded items that hit the mark and helped solidify the experience.
